Data and privacy complaints

For anything about what we collect, why, or a request to remove your data, see our privacy notice. India’s DPDP Act asks us to name a Grievance Officer for these specifically — that’s Mohnish Sharma. Write to the address above with “Grievance” in the subject line and we will treat it as one.

Payments and refunds

If a payment failed, double-charged, or you never received the PDF you paid for, tell us the order or payment id if you have it — see our refund policy for how this is handled.
